Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receipt.
