What is the warranty period for your products?
We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last in tough environments like your home for years. Most of our trash cans carry a 5 to 10-year warranty, while our electronics typically have a 2-year warranty.
How do I find the correct liner for my trash can?
Each of our cans has a specific liner code (a letter from A to Z) located on the inside of the lid or on the liner pocket. Simply match that letter to our custom-fit liner packs for a perfect, no-slip fit.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a full refund.
How do I clean and maintain my stainless steel products?
Our stainless steel features an invisible fingerprint-proof coating infused with Agion®, an EPA-registered antimicrobial. To clean, simply use a soft cloth and warm water; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the coating.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
What should I do if my sensor pump is clogged?
If your soap pump is clogged, try flushing the reservoir with warm water. Ensure you are using simplehuman soap or a liquid soap without exfoliants or beads, as these can obstruct the sensor mechanism.
